Ben Heaney | CEO of ReGroup Solutions | Turnaround Practitioner

Ben Heaney, the founder and CEO of ReGroup Solutions, developed his practice after experiencing first hand just how many business owners are not sufficiently informed about business restructuring options and strategies designed to avoid formal insolvency.

Whilst Ben has extensive experience in advising business owners through formal insolvency situations, he attests to the fact: It's too easy for insolvency advisors to quickly form the view and make the recommendation to Liquidate.

Ben has held positions in top-tier accounting firms and was instrumental in pioneering the pre-insolvency industry over the last decade.  He is passionate about business and as a business owner Ben has successfully created and managed businesses across a spectrum of industries from professional services to manufacturing and international trade.

Ben has the perspective that only experience can bring and his forte is assisting company directors through cash flow crisis, restructuring, turnaround and asset protection.  Ben understands the pressures that the position of being a director brings. Ben provides his clients with practical advice and is motivated by dealing with complex issues.
